Bradford Stuart was admitted as a solicitor in 1977 from the University of New South Wales  and has worked in the commercial law area since that time.

Ian MacMicking – Solicitor

Senior litigation partner

Ian has been with the firm since 1982 and is an experienced personal injuries litigator.

He has acted for both claimants and defendants in a wide range of personal injury compensation claims and insurance matters including common law and statutory claims in the following jurisdictions:

Mason Manwaring

Mason is our principal commercial litigation partner and has been involved with the breadth of litigation matters including:

  • Industrial Courts and tribunals
  • Family Court
  • Local Court
  • Various tribunals

 
The nature of the litigation ranges from the small local matters to significant commercial claims involving specialist experts and complex financial transaction including matters in excess of $1m.

Mason has represented employees in the range of employment law matters.

Mason has represent a number of employers who have been prosecuted by Workcover and Environmental authorities arising out of workplace accidents and activities.

Mason has been involved in a number of Security of Payment Act matters and bank guarantee claim deposits.

Mason has been with the firm since 1995.

Andrew Kermode – Solicitor

Deirdre May – Solicitor

Qualifications – LLB Honours
Deirdre was admitted in Scotland as a solicitor in 2000. Emigrated to Australia in January 2002 and commenced work with our firm at that time and was admitted in NSW in October 2004. Deirdre is also a registered Migration Agent.

Robert Rogers – Solicitor

Qualifications – B.A., Dip Ed, Dip Pub Pol, LLB
Bob was admitted as a solicitor in 2006 from the University of New England and has worked over a variety of fields.

Bernadette Walsh – Solicitor

Qualifications – B.A.(Psychology) / LL.B (Bachelor of Laws)
Bernadette was admitted as a solicitor in 2010 from the University of New England and has worked in the areas of Family Law and Insurance since admission, after working as a Paralegal for several years.

Philip Boncardo – Solicitor

Qualifications – Bachelor of Arts (1st class Honours), Bachelor of Laws (1st class Honours)
Philip was admitted as a solicitor in 2012 from the University of Sydney and has worked at Campbell Paton & Taylor since January 2012.

Annabelle Stanford – Solicitor

Qualifications – B.A, LL.B
Annabelle graduated from the Australian National University in 2010 and was admitted as a solicitor in early 2012.

Margot Sawyer – Licensed Conveyancer CPC

Qualifications – Certified PractisingConveyancer, Justice of the Peace
Margot obtained her qualifications as a Conveyancer through Macquarie University and was licensed in 1998. In 2006 Margot also completed the approved Powers of Attorney Bridging course through Macquarie University.
