Michelle has been with Campbell Paton & Taylor since 2011. She completed the Conveyancing Law and Practice Course through Macquarie University in 2017 and became a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers shortly thereafter. Michelle has also completed the Power of Attorney Bridging course through Macquarie University.
Michelle has experience in the following areas:
- Conveyancing of residential, rural and commercial properties – including strata, neighbourhood and community properties, company title, sub-folio titles, land put and call options, sale and purchase of businesses and subdivision of land;
- Transfer of land between family members and superannuation funds, bare and custodian trust structures;
- Stamp duty, including concessions and exemptions; and
- Retail, residential and commercial leases.
